a) Monthly Subscriptions

b) Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, a partial refund may be granted if unresolved technical issues persist beyond 14 days from the date of purchase and our support team is unable to address the problem.

c) Free Trial Periods

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be eligible for a refund on the first billing cycle after the trial ends. To avoid charges, please cancel your subscription before the trial period concludes.

d) One-Time Payments

For any one-time payments (such as hardware or setup fees), refunds are generally not provided unless the product or service has a defect or a technical issue that we cannot fix.


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:

  • Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days and inform you of the outcome.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.


3. Service Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are only provided under certain conditions, as outlined below:

a) Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Please note that no refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing cycle. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing period.

b) Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and meet the refund eligibility criteria, you may receive a partial refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription term.
